During the Treatment
Your massage will be unhurried and tailored, using flowing techniques and carefully selected aromatic oils to encourage deep relaxation. Pressure and focus areas are adjusted throughout the session to ensure your comfort and wellbeing at all times The aim is to create a calming, restorative experience that allows you to fully switch off and reconnect with yourself
After Your Massage
Following your treatment, you'll be given time to rest and gentle re-orient before continuing with your day. Many clients describe feeling lighter, calmer and deeply relaxed after session.
