TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a service with Serenura, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making an appointment
1. Services
​

Serenura provides mobile massage and wellness services. All service are for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only and not suitable for medical care. We do not diagnose, treat or cure medical contains.​

​

Clients must disclose all relevant health condition, injuries, allergies or pregnancies prior to their session.

​​

2. Booking & Payment 
​
  • Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or approval booking channels.

​

  • deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

​

  • Prices are listed and may change at anytime. Confirmed bookings will honour the price at the time of booking.

​​

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
​

We understand that plans can change, therefore:

​

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time for full refund

​

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged 50-100% of the service fee.

​

  • No-shows will be charged full service amount.

​

  • Serenura reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, emergencies, unsafe environments).

4. Late Arrivals 

​

  • If a client arrives late or access is delayed, the session time may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

​

  • The full service fee will still apply.

​​

5. Client conduct & Safety 
​

Serenura maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour!

​

  • Any sexual, suggestive or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

​

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue  services at anytime if we feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer
​

​By booking a session, you confirm that:

​

  • You a physically able to receive massage therapy.

​

  • You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.

​

  • You understand massage therapy involves physical touch and pressure.

​

Serenura is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

7. Mobile Service Requirements 
​

Clients are responsible for:

​

  • Providing a clean, safe and quiet space for the session.

​

  • Ensuring pets are secured away from the treatment area.

​

  • Providing access to the location at the scheduled time. 

​​

​

​

8. Gift cards & Packages
​
  • Gift cards and packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable unless stated otherwise.

​

  • Expiry dates, if applicable will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality
​

All client information is kept strictly confidential and used only for booking, communication and service delivery.

10. Intellectual Property
​

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos and images is the property of Serenura and may not be copied or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Serenura shall not be listed for:

​

  • Any indirect or incidental damages.

​

  • Loses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

​

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

12. Changes to Terms

Serenura reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at anytime. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
